THE RENTAL PROCESS

Qualifications:

• Must pass a background check: Have no criminal background.

• Pass a credit check: Must have none to minimal delinquent accounts.

• Must have income: Household gross income must be 2 times the rent amount monthly.

If you are interested in adding your name on the waiting list,

an application must be submitted.

All interested applicants over the age of 18 must submit and application

and a copy of their State issued Picture ID and proof of income. 

A background check for all applicants over the age of 18 is required.

The office will send you a link to your email to complete the background check.
