Finding housing that allows roommates can be arduous and overwhelming, especially with new renters. We understand that times are difficult and sometimes a roommate is the succor we need. Our two bedroom duplexes provides the perfect layout for roommates. It's a must see to believe.
No Rental History?
As a new renter finding housing with no rental history can be grueling and exhausting. Sometimes having a good record, job and references is not enough. We want to help our new renters by giving them a chance to obtain rental history.
Pets
Pets are welcome at our property. We understand pets are a big part of the family.
Our requirements include: Limit of 2 pets, additional one time deposit per Pet, must be up to date on all shots and have a annual physical from a certified provider.
